I've... read moreI went to see Dr. Reyes at North Gables Foot Clinic, after a friend had recommended him to me. I've had this pain in my heel for a while now, but it was only when I got up in the morning, so I wasn't concerned, but after a few weeks the pain was persistent all through the day, making it difficult to do do my daily activities . Dr. Reyes examined the foot thoroughly and ran a couple of tests, he confirmed I had Plantar Fasciitis, he explained the condition and also what he recommended, I had some questions but he was very patient and answered all my questions putting me at ease. He gave me an steroid injection and gave some exercises and stretches I could do at home once I had no pain. In addition I told him I'm on my feet a lot, so he prescribed customized orthotics that have been a blessing! Needless to say the pain is gone, I keep doing my exercises and using my orthotics.
