Orthotics

It has been medically documented that nearly 85% of the population suffer from foot related problems, mainly pain. These foot problems are due to a misalignment between our feet and the rest of the body. Generally speaking, the foot can either be hypermobile (pronated) or rigid (supinated). These imbalances can lead to flat feet, hammertoes, metatarsalgia, bunions, heel spurs(plantar fasciitis) ,ankle pain, hip pain and 45% of the cases of lower back pain in the U.S. for the last five years. A recent study indicated that approximately 80% of all foot pain and 60% of all lower back pain is biomechanical in nature and thus can be resolved by using an orthotic.

What is an orthotic?

An insole device that goes into your shoes in order to help correctly align your feet with the rest of your body. Normally a patient ‘s condition is evaluated in a podiatrist’s office.

The doctor makes a cast mold of the patient’s feet in order to custom make orthotics. However, the average cost for this service ranges from $300-$600. This is quite prohibitive for most patients. Furthermore, it can take up to two weeks for the patient to receive the orthotics.

What makes us different from the rest?

I perform a detailed biomechanical evaluation of a patient’s lower extremity. Once I have determined the patient’s condition or foot type. I mold a custom orthotic using a new advanced UV light technology casting system. It forms a lightweight, comfortable, semi rigid orthotic, covered with PORON for superior shock absorption. These orthotics achieve something the majority of functional orthotics do not, comfortable wear. These orthotics are thin enough to fit in most shoe types. They are also the most comfortable functional orthotics on the market today.

However, what really makes this system truly unique is that we can dispensed them to the patient on the same day!

The cost for this unique service is just $200.00
